🛠️ Your tasks

  • Management and development of the DACH sales team – from short-term implementation to long-term team expansion

  • Overall responsibility for pipeline building, deal closing, customer retention and growth

  • Participation in crucial dealer meetings – building trust, convincing C-level executives, unlocking opportunities

  • Coaching on stakeholder engagement, face-to-face meetings and deal strategies

  • Representing AutoUncle at events, webinars and strategic forums

  • Ensuring clean CRM usage and pipeline transparency for forecasting and coaching

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Digital Operations to accelerate momentum and strategic alignment

  • Implementing the strategy by focusing on key priorities – weekly, monthly, quarterly


🔍 Your focus at the beginning

  • Conducting 1:1s and on-site support to understand the team, customer portfolio and potential

  • Participation in on-site dealer appointments and industry events

  • Joint definition of a clear growth roadmap with management

  • Promote CRM usage and improve forecast reliability

  • Identification and addressing of high-potential dealer groups in DACH

  • Organization of the first regional team offsite and participation in the commercial playbook


🧠 Your profile

✅ Must-haves

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally in the automotive or Martech environment

  • Track record in the DACH market

  • Proven ability to coach teams and close strategic deals independently

  • Building C-level relationships with a consultative sales approach

  • Experience with digital purchasing processes and dealerships

  • Ability to combine strategy with operational implementation

  • Fluent German and English skills

💡 Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment

  • Network within the DACH dealer landscape

  • Familiarity with Hubspot and CRM processes

  • Knowledge of performance marketing or digital lead generation
