You are involved from the first learning of a new opportunity until EOP. You manage and file customer documents throughout the quotation process. This means that you prepare and send quote letters, review and discuss quote content with the customer and review contract documents with the legal department. Responsibly, you handle the OEM supplier portals with uploading and downloading of documents and data. In claim management, you are the customer's contact person and negotiate with them. You also support Change Management and negotiate corresponding quotes with the customer. Furthermore, your tasks include preparing and documenting meetings and their contents, updating report templates (internally and with the customer) and managing leads, content and sales processes in Salesforce, including an administrator function.
