Customer Success Manager (German-speaking) for
self-service solutions in the automotive aftermarket.
Tjekvik is seeking an ambitious Customer Success Manager with experience in the Automotive Aftermarket to drive success for our German speaking customers (DACH).
As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for planning and activating new customers using our self-service solutions in the automotive aftermarket as well as managing existing customers ensuring they get the optimum value using our services. Your stakeholders will be C-level people and aftermarket managers at medium to large automotive dealerships as well as aftermarket teams at European OEMs. The job is a business consultancy position and requires automotive knowledge and interest in digitalization, customer experience and consultancy.
The success criteria for the job are the activation level and loyalty of the customers in the DACH market with the overarching aim to deliver the best customer and user experience in the automotive aftermarket.

As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our sales and operational teams to launch new sites in an efficient way. You will act as project manager for launches with new customers and be central in coordination between the customer and Tjekvik operations. Becoming an expert in ‘The Tjekvik Way’ you will make sure that new sites are guided though the steps required for a successful implementation of a digital service reception.
Once launched you will ensure customers have a positive ongoing experience using the product to its optimum levels and maximizing return on investment.
You will have fellow Customer Success Managers in the Nordic, UK and European markets.
The position can be remotely based anywhere in Europe or/and at our Partner office in Hockenheim in Germany. We strive work as much online as possible, however some traveling in the DACH region is expected.
Collecting all the information required to launch a new dealersite. Onboarding and activation remotely and in person. Managing relationships with customers at an operational and key stakeholder level. Project managing implementations from A-Z together with operations and technical teams in new markets and for new customers. Continuously improving processes to ensure fast and high-quality implementation and activation to deliver optimal value creation. Monitor performance and establish procedures for continuous improvements. Be the voice of the customer within Tjekvik by providing critical feedback to help improve the overall experience of our products and identify market growth opportunities. Lead collaborative projects across your customers' organization to help them realize the full value of the Tjekvik platform. Validate German translations on the platform as well as translate product communications to German.
Operational experience in the automotive aftermarket and a good understanding of automotive data and DMS systems. Prior working experience in Customer Success at a SaaS business is a plus You are motivated by working with a wide portfolio of customers and creating a structured way of following up You naturally communicate both with technical and business stakeholders – internally as externally. You are able to keep overview of multiple variations across cultures and connections, which can cause variations in expectations from the different markets You are self-driven, take responsibility for big and small things and fancy working in a remote organisation. You write and speak fluent German and English.
