Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Management or similar field of study Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Mobility and Car Rental, preferably in the Financial Services industry  Strong affinity for Automobile Industry  Previous international experience preferred  Excellent language skills in Japanese (Conversational Level) and English (Business Level) Knowledge regarding Mobility Trends, Product Management and previous experience in piloting new Business Models  Excellent proficiency in MS-Office (especially Powerpoint), Web Services and Mobile Applications  Strong IT-System affinity, analytical and conceptual skills Team oriented, collaborative and independent pro-active working attitude with high stress resistence Solution driven attitude paired with excellent organizational and agile project management skills Strong creativity, excellent presentation skills & techniques and ability to convince and inspire people of topics
