Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d)

General mission and role:

Analyze and implement IT security and privacy standards for all KYB sites in Europe Support the development of IT services and infrastructures providing security and privacy controls Support cibersecurity incident response and forensic activities Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security risk analysis and governance Develop policies that minimize the threat surface while allowing business applications to function efficiently Report possible threats or software issues, research weaknesses and find ways to counter them Lead the implementation and maintenance of existing and new cybersecurity products Manage vulnerabilities at all technology implemented hardware and software products defining countermeasures and actions plans to eliminate Improve the KYB knowledge about cybersecurity by managing continuous staff training and checking employees understanding Generate cibersecurity related documentation with high quality for internal and external compliance Conduct planning and execution of 3rd party review activities (Verification & Validation) related to cibersecurity and software architecture Working collaboratively to prevent, detect and respond to information security events by implementing security measures. Assist fellow employees with cybersecurity, software, hardware, or IT needs Keep up to date with new technologies regarding cybersecurity Take the leadership of its own activities on cost, schedule and quality requirements. Participate in special projects as the need arises

This is what we expect from you:

You have degree in software engineering, telecommunication engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science and mathematics or other similar technical discipline You have at least 3 years of related work experience in cybersecurity operation or IT hardware and software administration and operation. You have demonstrated soft skills: problem solving, leadership, communication, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability. You bring knowledge about cloud systems and environments like Microsoft Azure or AWS Knowledge on information security standards IATF:2700 or Tisax You have experience in some of these systems: Azure Security Center, Microsoft 365 security portal, Microsoft Endpoint Management Security, Firewall policies, Varonis You have hacker mindset: Curiosity, willingness to understand how things work, how to break and fix them. You are highly motivated person with the ability to self-start, prioritize, multi-task and work in a distributed team setting Fluent German with high level business English skills
