To extend our team for the EB corbos product line at our sites Erlangen, we are looking for a Requirements Engineer for agile development, which is based on the adaptive AUTOSAR Software Architecture.

You elicit, analyze, validate, specify and verify the requirements of the project. You are responsible for the content of the requirements. You analyze customer requirements to identify risks, quality, business opportunities, effort estimates, priority. You provide progress reports and trends (metrics). You analyze the quality of customer requirements or from internal stake holders. You create the traceability matrix with the requirements toolchain and indicate missing references. You review new requirements (new features or change requests) with the software architect.
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or similar. You have several years of experience in requirements engineering and software development. You have domain knowledge, i.e. experience in automotive software development processes. You are familiar with the adaptive AUTOSAR standard. You can understand concepts and precisely formulate requirements/specifications. You know how to treat requirements along the whole software development process. You appreciate an independent and result-oriented way of working. You have good communication and networking skills. English and German language are a must. Preferably you have experience with scripting.
