Your responsibilities

You use Scaled agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. You train, mentor, and support scrum masters (m/f/d) and scrum team members to follow agile values, principles, and practices. You determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items. You schedule and facilitate release train events, meetings, and decision-making processes. You are responsible for monitoring progress and performance as well as for removing or escalating impediments of the release train. You foster an environment of relentless improvement within the release train. You facilitate cross-team collaboration.

Your profile

You have several years of experience as a release train engineer (m/f/d) or as a scrum master (m/f/d) in a SAFe working methodology and some years of professional work experience as software developer (m/f/d) (on C++, Linux, etc.) preferred in the automotive domain. You have very good knowledge of agile development, processes, and project management in Scrum or SAFe. You are familiar with Classic AUTOSAR, preferably with the Security modules, and Automotive SPICE. Preferably, you are experienced in Cryptography or Security. You have high social competence with extraordinary communication skills and ability to network. You are skilled in leading and working with a team as well as in mentoring other leaders. You are a servant leader (m/f/d) and have excellent people and project management skills.
