Job Description
As Risk and Product Integrity Manager (m/f/diverse) you are responsible for the coordination of the risk and product integrity (PI) cases within the Business Area Autonomous Mobility (AM). Your tasks will have a strong focus on the handling and mitigation of such risks.
The position can be staffed in Ulm, Lindau or Frankfurt.
Further tasks are:
Leading the cross-functional PI network within AM, you will steer the discussion and review the cases with actual and potential risk of safety or injuries resulting from ADAS products
Coaching and training the organization in PI and risk cases
Supporting customer product safety responsibles in escalation topics and being the first point of contact for external authorities in topics of product safety
Collecting and analyzing internal and market data for early detection of potential risks and timely mitigation of measures together with the PI network
Ensure and follow up with lessons learned community to document learnings from risks and PI cases
Job Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, communications engineering, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience
Knowledge of legal product safety and product liability
Knowledge of general standards (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA6.3) and norms (e.g. ASPICE, IEC 15504,....)
Knowledge of legal requirements (e.g. ELV, IMDS, ...) and product safety regulations (e.g. ISO 26262)
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work in international teams
