In this role you are responsible for all PMO relevant activities within components business (Radar, Camera, Lidar, ADCU). You are responsible for a proper alignment between Global PMO and the Product Line PM`s to ensure a solid project management flow. Your tasks will focus on the following activities: Owner (m/f/diverse) of project reviews within components business to successfully address project challenges Establishment and moderation of project budget reviews Maintenance of all PM-KPIs and reports Scheduling, preparing, and following up on meetings (e. g. Project approval review meetings, project management committee, Budget planning meetings) Measuring project status and reporting to project managers Calculation of project metrics / KPIs Support of the Project Manager community within Components Business
Academic degree in project management, business, engineering or comparable qualification First work experience in the field of project Management desirable First experience working with project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Planner or other Knowledge of automotive standards (e. g. ISO/TS16949, APQP, Automotive SPICE, ISO26262) is an advantage Very good handling with MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) Business fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken) Good understanding of modern project management methods Capability to structure, visualize and document project issues Attention to detail, strong motivation, and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious Working with a high degree of responsibility, result oriented and equipped with a good sense of team spirit
