Lead Engineer Software & Controls f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical lead of the team with 10-15 engineers at different locations
Development of innovative control solutions
Software implementation of the ideas in model-based development environment, verification, validation and documentation according AVL processes
Coordination and cooperation with internal and external development teams (Simulation, SW development, calibration and test)
Support for acquisitions and business development
Presentation of results internally and at the customer
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed technical studies TU/FH computer science, electrical engineering, or similar
Min. 3 years of experience with automotive embedded software from prototype to production
Experience in leading technical teams
Ability to communicate and work in a team
High analytical and conceptual skills and ability to work independently
Good presentation - and English language skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR65.000,00.
